Mentoring
Integrity Professionals provides both mentoring and coaching services to professionals, businesses and community organisations in and around New Zealand. We partner with professionals and organisations to develop internal capability by providing tailored mentoring and/or coaching services.
We believe in focusing on developing ‘talent’, in order to successfully deliver high quality services in both the private and public sectors.
IPRO provides tailored individual personal and professional mentoring services to a range of students and professionals.
IPRO provides tailored individual personal and professional mentoring services to a range of students and professionals. We have extensive experience in mentoring secondary school and tertiary students. Our experience with secondary school students includes:
- NCEA support and understanding (Year 11-13);
- Year 10 field trips to tertiary providers (Year 10);
- Pastoral care for the Youth Guarantee programme – students studying trades programmes (16-17 year olds);
- Pastoral care and support for Pacific youth in trades programme (18 +years);
- Mentoring and transition plans for Year 12 and 13 students transitioning from secondary school to a tertiary institutions (Year 12-13);
- Business and event management (Year 10 programme);
- Mentoring and the delivery of a learner licence programme across 4 secondary schools in the Porirua region
- Health Science vocational pathways course – matching students studying science with a science based organisation to gain unit standards toward studies (Year 12);
- Mentoring sports programme in schools (Year 10-11); and
- Literacy and numeracy support in schools (Year 11-13).
IPRO staff members also have experience working with tertiary students as follows
- Mentoring for 2nd year medical students;
- Academic supervision of 2nd year medical students completing research papers
- Supervision of the Ministry of Health Pacific students who received scholarships at the University of Auckland, School of Population Health, Pacific Health team;
- Study support and tutorial for 2nd year medical students; and
- Informal teaching to 4th year medical students in a clinical environment.
Our staff have also provided mentoring services to health professionals in the New Zealand health workforce.
